Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located in Koeln-Too, near the expo halls, making it great for business travelers or anyone attending a fair at Koln Messe. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds, but the pillows could use an upgrade. The service is lacking in responsiveness and customer care, although room amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping are available. The location is perfect for easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants, but it may require a bit of walking. Although the dining experience is pleasant with freshly made sandwiches, pricing could be a concern. Overall, the hotel offers a decent value for the price, especially for those visiting the Trade Fair or exploring bars and restaurants in the area.
The hotel's Business Room was very spacious and perfect for my work needs, with a nice pub/restaurant ambiance. However, the room was too hot and felt somewhat uninviting due to its size. The service was excellent, especially considering the language barrier we faced at first. The location, though a bit challenging to reach with luggage due to cobblestones, was fair and accessible with public transportation. The dining experience offered a great selection of food, and the facilities were top-notch.
I found the hotel to be just decent, nothing special, and the price could be better for the quality. However, it was quiet, the breakfast was abundant and not too busy despite big events in town.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were large and very clean with interesting movie star-themed decoration, but they felt a bit uninviting. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with very helpful staff for certain needs, but not so friendly and flexible in other aspects. The location was excellent for attending the Messe but slightly inconvenient for accessing the city center. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide range of options, especially the pizza.
The hotel is kind of perfect for working and sleeping, highly advisable for business travelers. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, even better than last year. The service was very helpful, close to the trade fair and the station. The location is good, albeit not the easiest to walk over with luggage. The dining experience was extensive and creative, although by far too expensive. The facilities were well-equipped, offering a range of options.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and not overly warm, plus having a small kitchenette downstairs was convenient.
I stayed on the sixth floor and found the rooms to be big and very modern. However, the carpet in the landing and the room was absolutely filthy and needs attention. The hotel is well-located near the exhibition center and the service was fantastic, going above and beyond my expectations. The breakfast was absurdly priced, but overall, the location was perfect just a five-minute walk from the train station.
For my budget, the hotel was a bit pricey, but it turned out to be a quiet stay with abundant breakfast options, even during busy event periods in the city. The establishment resembles a cozy pub/restaurant, which adds to its charm. While nothing extraordinary, it was a decent choice overall.
The hotel is ideally located directly across from the Cologne Messe, making it perfect for business travelers. The rooms, while clean and somewhat outdated, offer comfort with spacious lounges for meetings, although the pillows were quite disappointing. The service was overall helpful, but lacking in taking responsibility for mishaps. The dining experience provided good options, especially for organic food enthusiasts. The facilities are adequate for a business visit.
The hotel rooms are big, well-furnished, and perfect for both working and sleeping, making it highly advisable for business travelers. The service was friendly and efficient, although there were some management decisions that felt illogical. The location is good, with easy access to the Koelnmesse and the main train station, but the breakfast prices were a bit absurd. The dining experience offered a range of options, including Asian and Western choices, suitable for Muslim travelers seeking Halal food. The facilities were commendable, enhancing the overall stay.
